ARCHER
For your wedding ceremony with up to 50 guests.
This package includes hire of the Guildhall for up to 2 hours, a registrar table, use of the Cheltenham gold chairs, and a selection of decorations for you to choose from.
It also includes the use of Gwyneth’s Tea Room for drinks and/or canapés.
The package cost for:
2026 – £1000
2027 – £1250
2028 – £1500
Drinks and canapés are charged as extra.
Wine currently starts at £14 per bottle and Prosecco £16 per bottle.
KNIGHT
For your wedding ceremony with up to 40 guests, followed by afternoon tea or a finger buffet.
This package includes hire of the Guildhall for up to 5 hours, a registrar table, use of the Cheltenham gold chairs and a selection of decorations for you to choose from. With use of Gwyneth’s Tea Room and licensed bar.
The package cost for:
2026 – £2000.
Afternoon Tea £25 per guest.
Finger Buffet £15 per guest.
2027 – £2250.
Afternoon Tea £26 per guest
Finger Buffet £16 per guest.
2028 – £2500.

This is a bespoke all-day package to make your wedding day truly special at a unique and historic venue.
